E MINOR SCALE
We now add the E minor scale. Notice again the minor scale has a dark or sad sound. Before you play to the track, practise playing up and down the scale like it’s written in the notation below.
Play along to this track in E minor. Try adding slides, hammer ons, pull offs and most importantly phrasing.
Once comfortable improvising with the scale, play the E minor scale over Ride On following the chords.
